Problem Statement
Mobile-money agents frequently make transaction errors such as sending money to the wrong number, entering incorrect amounts, or making duplicate transactions. Existing USSD confirmation and reversal/reporting mechanisms do not prevent these errors before the transaction is processed. Agents also lack comprehensive control over their transaction history and scheduling.
Proposed Solution
A smartphone-based smart USSD interface that works without mobile data/Wi-Fi, providing a faster and safer way to perform mobile-money transactions. The system validates transaction details, detects possible errors before confirmation, maintains a complete transaction history, and supports transaction scheduling and tracking.
Innovation
Combines a smartphone graphical interface with USSD, local transaction management, and intelligent error detection. Instead of simply asking users to confirm what they entered, the system analyzes the transaction for anomalies such as unusual amounts, possible wrong recipients, and duplicate transactions before execution.

Reduce costly transaction errors, improve transaction speed and accuracy, strengthen agents' record-keeping and financial control, and improve the overall reliability and user experience of mobile-money services.
