Citizens in Tanzania struggle to report infrastructure problems (broken roads, burst pipes, faulty streetlights) to the right government department. Reports are lost, ignored, or duplicated.

Proposed Solution

A mobile-first platform where citizens photograph and geo-tag issues. Reports are routed automatically to the responsible department, with status tracking and SMS updates for the reporter.
